CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Individual Class/Session Purchases

When you sign up for any class/session, your PayPal account will be charged at the time of sign-up to hold your spot for that class

By submitting a payment through PayPal you are agreeing to PayPal’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We strongly encourage you to review these policies, available at

You may request a refund or credit for a future class (except for your first FREE class) of equal value at any time prior to 24 hours before the time of your class. In certain circumstances you may request a refund or credit up until 10 days after the date of your class (refund request period).

Class/session Packages

In order to help you experience full benefits of attending to Milates classes/sessions and wellness programs sessions, theclass packages are non refundable and non transferable. Please try out an individual class/session before you commit to a package of 10 classes.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund or a credit, please send an email to info@milates.com and include your class purchase confirmation number included in your receipt or email confirmation and the reason for your refund.

If your refund request is sent prior to 24 hours before the time of your class/session, we will refund the full amount of the class directly to your PayPal account.

If your refund request is sent after the date of your class but within the refund request period described above, we may issue you a refund or a credit usable for other classes in an amount up to the amount you paid for the class in question. This applies to all paid classes. The determination of a credit or refund will be based upon the guidelines described below, according to our sole discretion. All determinations by Milates of the amount and terms of such refund or credit are final.

If your refund request is sent after the refund request period, you will no longer be able to receive a refund of the fees you have paid or a credit on future services.

Technical Difficulties

If you experienced technical difficulties while attempting to login to attend your class/session or while attending your class/session, we will issue you a refund or credit for the full amount of the class if your refund request is sent within the refund request period.

Instructor/specialist cancellations, No Shows, or Schedule Changes

In case we need to cancel any of Milates’ class/session for any other reason you will be informed in advance.

Milates online fitness class will be canceled if less than 4 people sign up 2 hours prior the time of the class and you will receive an email informing you about the cancellation.

However, if we don’t inform you in advance or we change the time and day of a class to a time when you can no longer attend, we will issue you a refund or credit for the full amount of the class if you request your refund within the refund request period (10 days).

No Refund/Credit for Missed Classes

In order to keep the quality of our classes at the highest standards possible, we do not offer refunds or credits on missed classes. Purchasing a class is a commitment on the part of the student to attend the class. Missing your class prevents us from filling your seat or rescheduling.
